NEW! Guided Trail runs

Let's start at the end, shall we?

A2U guided trail runs are fun! There's a wide range of runners that take part, from 20-somethings to 70+

You will have a laugh, chat about running, learn new things. There will probably be drinks, and maybe food (you pay for this yourself).

There's occasional MTB support from Kate (usually if the weather's nice, and there's a pub at the end).


Group size:  Maximum 6 runners + Neil. 

Payment: You pay upon booking. No refunds, but you can transfer to a later event with 2 calendar days notice before the day of the run.

Experience: You need to be able to run at least half the distance comfortably, the remaining miles will come with encouragement and coaching. The pace will be steady. There are hills, quite a few hills (unless the event states a flat run). Expect burning quads and glutes!
