Free access to all group events including group sessions, and weekend guided runs in the Lake District, Pennines, Peak District and Staffordshire Moorlands. You pay for transport, accommodation and your food and equipment. Expert help with choosing and preparing for your events, we can even offer race support for an additional fee.

Very popular with busy professionals and parents at their wits’ end. At A2U, we have mastered the art of squeezing in your training around your busy life, the school run, whatever the barrier we can find a way.
Less coach contact than the premium account, but if I can chat, I will, or I’ll at least let you know when I can.
When you join us the first two weeks are free, which gives you the chance to find out if coaching is for you. If it’s not working, just leave, there’s no contract, I won’t email you every day with our latest offer.
Strength and Conditioning workouts are delivered weekly,
Your workouts are written by me each week, they are tailored to you specifically and based on your progression. All you need is a smart watch and preferably a heart rate monitor. Most smart watches, including Apple, will sync with Training Peaks. You are free to join group events, race reccies that we organise, and you’ll receive expert help, weekly feedback and much more, for less than the price of a takeaway.

A great opportunity to discover the correct way to start running, and reduce the risk of getting injured. If you have already tried running and either hated it or came unstuck in some other way, this is a chance to learn how to get the most out of this amazing sport at your own pace, no pressure to perform, with help from a super friendly and very patient coach.
If you are returning to running after a long break, this might be for you. We can give you a quick MOT and you’re back on your way. This can be a remote service or 1-2-1 for folks local to South Derbyshire.
